PROJECT RULES
1. General Provisions
1.1 . The eloads.online portal is a place for free communication within the specified topic with post-moderation (for beginners with moderation) of the messages sent. This means that the message sent by the author immediately appears on the project and can be viewed by any Internet user.
1.2 . On the project, you can: participate in discussions, leave comments, news, subscribe to receive replies from any topic created on the forum to your e-mail address, express gratitude by increasing your reputation, increase your status as the number of your messages increases, and much more.
1.3 . Increasing the rating on the project allows you to use new, wider opportunities to participate in the life of the project.
1.4 . The user is obliged to follow the instructions of the Administration (Administrator or Moderator). If you disagree with the actions of the Moderator, you can inform the Administrator about this by means of a personal message.
1.5 . The user can express wishes and requests for improving the project in the relevant topic, but has no right to express dissatisfaction, discuss, criticize instructions and actions

2. It is prohibited on the project:
2.1 . Political propaganda, manifestations of national and religious hostility.
2.2 . Insults and threats against the Project Participants.
2.3 . Use of expressions containing profanity.
2.4 . Pornography, erotica, drug propaganda and referral links.
2.5 . Clogging up the information space of the project (in topics, private messages, comments) with flooding or spam *.
2.6 . Advertising of any goods, services and other resources without the consent of the Project Administration **.
2.7 . Registration of clones to increase reputation.
2.8 . Increase / decrease in the reputation of the Project Participants without a clearly formulated reason. Reputation stuffing, mutual demotion / promotion.
2.9 . Publishing links to competing sites with similar content (content), paid file hosting *** and forums of any content.
2.10 . Posting messages, the content of which is contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.
2.11 . Register accounts for temporary mail, whoever does this will not be promoted by statuses, and the account will be deleted in the near future.
2.12 . Putting a negative rating on the program without the possibility of justifying it. For those who often put minuses just like that, measures will be applied, believe me, it's easy to understand whether a person puts a minus just like that or he really downloaded, looked and made a conclusion.
3. Rules for the design of messages and topics:
3.1 . Please see the structure of the forum. Create topics in the desired subforums, and not in the first one that opens. Remember: the more detailed and accurate you describe the problem (start with the title of the topic), the sooner they will help you. Uninformative topic names like "Help", "Question", "Help", etc. are unacceptable.
3.2 . Before posting a topic on the forum, read the rules for its design, look with the help of a search, if there is a similar topic. This will avoid uninformativeness and overload of the project with duplicated themes. Identical topics from one participant in different sections will be deleted immediately and everywhere, the author's punishment is a warning.
3.3 . Proposals should be drawn up in accordance with all the rules of the Russian language. Don't forget to check your message for spelling errors.
3.4 . Using only CAPITAL letters (URGENTLY, I ASK FOR HELP), as well as a variety of colors and fonts without an obvious need for a message is equivalent to raising the tone in a conversation and may cause a negative reaction from other visitors to the project and the Administration.
3.5 . The abundance of emoticons (when there are many of them) may indicate that it is difficult for a person to express a thought or has nothing to say. It is enough to use the necessary minimum of emoticons when creating messages to be understood. The same applies to pictures where the user publishes a large number of them for no reason. Such actions will be qualified as a violation.
3.6 . Continuous or multiple use of slang without a description (in parentheses of its meaning) will be considered a violation.
3.7 . Remember that each of your messages on the project is read by several thousand Participants. Therefore, avoid creating topics addressed to a particular person (one or two, unless this is the answer to him to any question). Personal correspondence in the forum is considered offtopic (off-topic message) and is punished. There are other ways for personal communication: e-mail, personal messages (PS), ICQ and so on.
3.8 . When posting a comment, try to provide clear, useful, and constructive information on the substance of the topic under discussion. Comments: "Thank you", "I like it", "Keep it up" and others like that, which do not carry a semantic load, will be deleted, and the User will receive a warning. To express a positive or negative attitude to the news on the site, there are special rating buttons located under each news.
The administration of the project reserves the right to delete messages and topics that do not comply with the Rules of the project.
Violators of these rules can be punished by the Administration: from a simple warning to the complete closure of access to the project. Users who received 5 warnings are denied access to the project forever.
These Rules are binding on all Project Participants.
